1. Standard Fiberglass Rollers – Bolt-On

  • Utilizes deep grooves and thin fins for excellent air release and long-lasting performance.
  • Features a patented handle made of rubber-modified polypropylene to reduce fatigue during extended use.
  • Compatible with extension handles for hard-to-reach areas, framed in non-corrosive 1/4" (6.35 mm) material.

 

2. Quick-Change Laminating Rollers

  • Shares the rolling performance of Standard Rollers but includes a push-on/pull-off mechanism for easily swapping roller heads—ideal for cleaning or switching sizes quickly.

 

3. Bristle Fiberglass Rollers – Quick Change

  • Features hog-hair bristles that puncture laminate surfaces, enabling trapped air to escape—especially effective during skin coat applications.
  • Quick-change design allows for rapid roller head replacement.

 

4. Detail Fiberglass Rollers – Bolt-On

  • Designed for precision work: small diameter (e.g., 3/8″ frame), deep grooves and fine fins deliver excellent air release in tight spaces.
  • Ideal for mold-making or detailed parts where larger rollers cannot access.
  • Available with aluminum or plastic rollers and compatible with solvent cleaning.

 

5. Deluxe Fiberglass Rollers – Bolt-On

  • Constructed on a 3/16″ frame, these rollers use slightly larger wire than the detail line and are built for heavier-duty use.
  • The bolt-on screw design increases durability for high-demand applications.

 

6. Econo Rollers & Mini Rollers

  • Economy (Econo) Rollers: Budget-friendly versions delivering adequate performance at lower price points.
  • Mini Rollers: Sized for small-scale or DIY jobs, particularly useful for small radii or precision work.

 

7. Radius Rollers

  • Made from Delrin or aluminum, these rollers are tailored for concave surfaces.
